Practice Management Fundamentals Workshop

The Practice Management Fundamentals Workshop, is a one-of-a-kind, comprehensive two-day workshop exclusively for CAP members. The program is designed to provide aspiring leaders with the strategies and tools necessary to advance their pathology practice.
Hosted by the Practice Management Committee, participants can expect informative sessions led by prominent pathologists, practice managers, and experts covering fundamental aspects of pathology practice operations:
- Payment Models, Budgeting, Practice Operation, and Cost Structures

Participants will also have an opportunity to participate in roundtable discussions and attend a networking reception with experienced pathologists and practice managers.

Travel Information
Attendees are responsible for their travel, lodging, and other related expenses. Please schedule your departure to stay for Sunday’s workshop in its entirety. Note O’Hare International Airport is approximately 30 to 45 minutes from the CAP.
Hotel Accomodations
We recommend several hotels that are close to CAP headquarters in Northfield which provide shuttle service for your stay. Please contact the hotel of your choice directly or call our travel desk at 847-832-7800 to make your reservation. Note we have corporate rates with Sheraton Chicago Northbrook Hotel and Staybridge Suites Chicago – Glenview. Cancellation Information
If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us as soon as possible or at least two weeks before the scheduled event by calling 800 323- 4040, option 1 or via e-mail to education@cap.org.
Submit refund requests in writing via email to education@cap.org. The CAP will refund the registration less a $50.00 processing fee.
The CAP reserves the right to cancel any program without prior notice for insufficient preregistration or any other reason. The CAP is not responsible for airline or hotel cancellation penalties or any other losses incurred as a result of cancellation.
